Negotiation Services: ThinkWarwick charges 15% of the negotiated salary increase we help our clients secure. The negotiation performance contingency applies to the total year one compensation (Base+Bonus+Stock+Misc). Clients can make payments in installments: 50% within 30 days and the remainder spread over 6 months.
Common Negotiation Scenario:
Your initial offer is $250,000 base + 20% bonus + $600k in equity vested over 4 years. Your total year one compensation is $450,000.
After our work together you receive a final offer of $260,000 base + 25% bonus + $720k in equity AND a $50,000 signing bonus. Your total year one compensation is now $555,000.
The delta is $105,000.
In year one, you make $89,250 more.
In year two, you make $55,000 more.
ThinkWarwick charges $15,750.
