What does the process look like?

I work with clients on a retainer basis. We connect at least semi-monthly and more frequently as urgent matters arise.

Each client is unique; however, we follow a structured cadence that addresses your strengths and weaknesses. Our work together builds the foundation for your ongoing career success.

We start with a discovery conversation, assess your skills and challenges, set expectations, and craft a personal agenda.

Next, we launch several sessions on narrative development, networking strategy, interview mastery, career positioning, and review your career marketing material—all while addressing any pressing/urgent changes in the interim.

What is +10% of delta?

The delta is the distance between your initial total compensation starting point and where we end up after the negotiation.

Let's say your initial offer was $300,000 base + 25% bonus + $225,000/yr in equity.
- Your total year one compensation is $600,000.

After our work together you receive a final offer of $340,000 base + 30% bonus + $250,000/yr in equity AND a $50,000 signing bonus. - Your total year one compensation is now $742,000.

The delta is $142,000. 

You now make $127,800 more year one and I make $14,200. Year 2 you make $92,000 more. My concentration is maximizing your ROI.

I always work to provide more impact and value than expected.
